You cannot apply for Singapore PR without holding a valid work or family pass first. Professionals typically qualify through an Employment Pass (minimum salary S$5,600 from 2025, assessed under MOM's COMPASS framework), mid-skilled staff through an S Pass, and family members through an LTVP or Dependant's Pass. We don't file these passes for you — we check that yours puts you in the strongest position to apply for PR.
ICA grants PR under the Professionals/Technical Personnel & Skilled Workers (PTS) scheme, the family scheme and other categories. Processing takes about 6 to 12 months.
